 Pre-Treatment/Surgery Medical Consultation
Before you actually visit India for treatments, your medical condition will be evaluated by a panel of our specialists.
We will schedule required medical consultations and organize teleconferences or video conferences, if necessary, with you or your physician or initiate e-mail communications between your local doctor and doctors in India for details on your condition and available treatment options for the same.

Assistance In Selection Of Right Hospital/Surgeon
At MedTransitt, we’ve tied up with select multi super-specialty hospitals, single super-specialty hospitals and specialty clinics which are capable of delivering world class healthcare services. We’ll help you choose the best possible treatment and hospital, in tune with your medical condition and personal preferences. We’ll also assist you in finding the right specialist doctor with appropriate credentials and clinical experience. Leveraging on extensive network of empanelled hospitals and hotels, we are perfectly provide you with treatment and accommodation options across major cities of India.

Program Coordinator
As soon as you confirm to avail our services via an e-mail, we’ll assign a program coordinator exclusively for your travel program to India. The PC will be responsible for making your travel and stay in India as comfortable as possible. The PC would also prepare a dossier for you, which will contain the trip’s schedules, fixation of appointments with chief doctors prior to arrival and detailed documentation about your planned medical procedures.
Our PC will also look into all activities and liaises with different agencies to take care of all your needs as per the trip’s schedule. The PC will be a one-point contact for you to ensure that your personal requirements are taken care and nothing falls out of place.

Airport Pickup And Drop/Local Travel Arrangements
Once you land in India, your program coordinator will receive you at the airport and help you complete check-in formalities at your chosen hotel/service apartment. We’ll provide you with comfortable and prompt travel services by making local travel arrangements for you and your companions. This can be done from the hotel/service apartment to the hospital and for local sightseeing too.

Accommodation
MedTransitt offers wide range of accommodation options for you and your companions to stay during the pre-surgery and post surgery recuperation periods. MedTransitt will take care that the distance between your accommodation and hospital is kept to minimum possible.

Visa And Foreign Exchange Assistance
We help you obtain an Indian Medical (M) Visa and Medical Ascendant (MX) visa for your companions before you arrive in India. We will also facilitate the extension of your Visa, if required during your stay in India. We also offer currency conversion services and can coordinate all your payments via your preferred payment options.
